As the largest forum for health services research and AcademyHealth’s most popular meeting, the Annual Research Meeting (ARM) is a place for connection, recognition, reflection, learning, and opportunities to meet with people who can help you take the next step in your career. 

The 2025 ARM will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, MN on June 7-10. The meeting will feature the most innovative research to come out of the fields of health services research (HSR) and health policy and highlight hot topics to watch in the year ahead. Who Should Exhibit?

To qualify as an exhibitor, your organization must be related to health services research and/or health policy.

Decorator and Drayage Services

Information and rates for rental of booth furnishings, carpet, special sign services, cleaning, electrical orders, and shipping will be sent to all exhibitors by the official exhibits contractor.
